Working remotely was nice. OT options were nice.

Cons

If you are a registered technologist like they prefer you to be in this position you are going to be SEVERELY underpaid. You’re also micromanaged by workflow “specialists”. If you are available for 5 minutes or more, even if you are working on something, they will message you. Overall extremely discouraging to stay in that job long-term. The turnover is high for a reason.

Remote work is convenient and acceptable across the country

Cons

Lack of resources, favoritism to employees formerly from Davita, no action taken from engagement survey two years running, too many people in leadership roles that are NOT leaders, lack of cohesion and consistency across the practice. Every lane operates in silos
