      Pros

      Benefits were decent, quick to adopt working remotely, many employees truly cared about patients and the work we were doing.

      Cons

      Way too many managers/directors/VPs, rarely saw promotions from within the organization, nepotism was rampant, constant turnover, raises didn't typical align with increased cost of living, and witnessed and experienced leadership behave despicably.

      Pros

      The practice makes a difference in patients lives. Development and Growth opportunities. Wonderful work life balance. Fun. Energetic. Teamwork across departments is great. Leaders are personable and really want to know you. Bigger company but small company feel.

      Leadership that understand how hard you work and are appreciative Big on DE & I (diversity and Inclusion) good pay and decent benefits company get togethers are fun way to network.

      Cons

      depending on the time of year work life balance can sometimes be off, but leadership is quick to recognize that and encourage you to take time off.
