      Pros

      Many of the positions are remote now so provide a great work life balance as work is typically required to be completed by EOD or EOW.

      Cons

      Not much room for promotions as the teams are pretty developed, unless someone quits.

      Horrible management

      Pros

      Remote work, acceptable benefits, some co workers are pleasant

      Cons

      Poor communication with management, management plays favorites, a lot of co workers are poorly trained and make more work for others bc they do nothing and management does not hold these people accountable. This is the worst position in the company. No respect from other departments and poor pay.
