I actually hesitated on making the jump to RP. I was worried about culture and Management and Leadership. I have to say hands down it was the best decision I have made. In my experience the Leadership and Management for the eastern Region is impeccable I feel appreciated and valued even in a tough supply/demand environment.

Cons

I really dont have any.I have already recommended several friends to join the group.
