      The people and relationships and RP are top notch - you get to work and collaborate with passionate, intelligent, and capable people with all different backgrounds and skills. You get to be hands-on with creating new processes and implementing them practice wide.

      It is a very high-growth environment, which isn't for everyone.

      backed by investment bankers, they are adept at deceit and misrepresenting their positions. smoke and mirrors in the beginning until you sign, then its downhill.
