Strong engineers but some uncertainty due to reliance on government contracts.

The team is made up of strong engineers, and the benefits are solid. Depending on the project, the work can be both challenging and a good opportunity to grow your skills.

Cons

Medium career progression. Career progression there tends to rely heavily on internal networks and visibility. Low job security. A large portion of the work depends on government projects, and with many govt projects being paused or canceled, it’s created some uncertainty.
