Beware: Not what it seems from the outside!

Pros

Only good things I can think of is that there's a lack of middle management & you get government holidays off.

Cons

Fake culture, continuous revolving door as the lay off people in secret. If you're not in the inner circle, watch out! No candid feedback either! They're also removing employee benefits as time goes on. Very whimsical with product direction and you'll be context switching so much, you'll feel lost at times with no help being offered.

We appreciate all feedback, but we feel it's important to address several claims here that do not reflect the reality of who Raft is. Our culture is built on genuine collaboration, direct feedback, and respect for every Rafter. The notion of an "inner circle" is simply not consistent with how we operate. Some benefits adjustments have been made as we've scaled, but we remain committed to offering a competitive, above-market package for our Rafters. Raft is a fast-paced, agile environment and we work hard to support our teams through shifting priorities. We wish you well, but we stand firmly behind the integrity of our culture and our people.

Pros

Competitive pay and nice perks, including gifts. Some enjoyable employee benefits. Overall, people are nice.

Cons

Limited room for career growth in entry-level roles. The company is rapidly growing, so processes sometimes take priority over individual support. System access was restricted shortly before my last day without prior notice, which made completing final tasks a bit challenging.
