Pros

The raft culture is amazing. They care about their employees whether it is through education reimbursement, allowing you to take on as much responsibility and ownership as you want, rewarding extra curricular activities (conferences / hackathons), technology reimbursement, unlimited PTO, remote work, and the list goes on!

Cons

I have no negative feedback as of now.
