We find it concerning that you did not list any Pros for working at Raft, especially considering that you have been with the company for over three years. If you genuinely are a current manager, and not a competitor frustrated by our success, you play a crucial role in driving Raft's fantastic culture and competitive market pay.
We would also like to clarify that Raft is committed to ethical behavior in all of our business practices, including our relationships with partners. We believe in treating our partners fairly and respectfully, as we know that building long-lasting partnerships are essential to our continued success. Your allegation that we engage in unethical behavior is unfounded, and we believe it may be coming from a competitor rather than a current employee.
At Raft, we are proud of our achievements as a woman-owned business, and we believe that sharing our successes is an essential part of inspiring future growth and success. We are disappointed that you have alleged that our LinkedIn posts are an attempt to "sell the company," rather than to highlight our accomplishments and share our journey with Raft’s customers, partners, and community.
Finally, we take pride in our cultural value of transparency and will always walk the talk. We encourage all prospective Rafters to speak with current Rafters to better understand what it's truly like to work at Raft.
