Pros

This is the most genuine company I've ever worked for. So many talented and welcoming folks with loads of knowledge to share. Raft walks the walk - they treat their customers and team members with respect and always give 100%. The work is challenging and fun, and everything is in a constant state of grow grow grow. Great benefits, growth opportunities, and more.

The team at raft is absolutely amazing. From the CEO down, I have never met a more dedicated, genuine group of people. RAFT is truly an employee first company, with great things to work on.

Good Perks (but like the education bonus not recieved, and going away)

Cons

Lack of Acceptance Criteria in Sprint Planning Sprint Planning meetings cancelled Suggests teamwork then admonishes people for reaching out for assistance Unwelcoming to new parties Suggests transparency but runs away from it Contradictory principles between the "all hands" and work practices

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recently announced an update to our education budget that eliminates the max life of $25,000. Every Rafter is now eligible for up to $5,000 each year to truly live out our core value, "Continuously Grow." Our work at Raft is challenging; therefore, we must be efficient. Out-of-box thinking must be the norm for us, including during spring planning. We truly value collaboration and encourage all Rafters to reach out when they need help. We created Guilds as an additional resource for Rafters to learn and lean in when they have questions about solving complex problems. We want all Rafters to succeed and will do everything possible to make it happen. We wish you the best of luck in your career!
