The coaching and assistance that our managers offer, including regular observations and feedback sessions are crucial to the growth of every staff member. Although we understand that this style of coaching is not for everyone, it has proven to be successful for our staff. We are completely transparent communicating this at the hiring stage and throughout training to avoid surprises. Relating to your comment about our Fam Trips, it’s one of our benefits that we are most proud to offer our staff. Each year, there are close to 20 Fam trips that are available to staff members. Having more than 250 employees working remotely across five countries and 33 US states. The Fam offers staff members the opportunity to collaborate with their colleagues and take advantage of an inclusive vacation package. Additionally, they are being educated on the destinations we sell. If you wish to provide further feedback.
