Companies often have mission statements, but Railbookers mails new employees a postcard-like list/motto that truly reflects the standards that are seen, day in and day out: "Never give up - ever", "Always be kind, honest, respectful & direct", "Be the same person with family, friends, colleagues & vendors", "Keep moving forward - changing, growing and succeeding" While the Meet the Robinsons movie vibe (featuring the Walt Disney quote "We keep moving forward ...") may sound Pollyannaish to some, make no mistake, this is a strong group of savvy, hardworking and highly flexible business people. And, teaming up with them is a true joy!
Cons
If you relish a lot of downtime in a job, this wouldn't be a good fit. You'll stay very busy - but in a highly productive and efficient manner.
