Terrible management (most) Training and actual job expectations are not the same. Top Account Executives have assistants but expect as a new AE you are to achieve those numbers all on your own. Always end up working off the clock if you want to keep your money in your own pocket or others will steal your sales. Will let you do without any warning,

The training is inadequate. They have a “fake it til you make it” motto instead of seriously investing in a strong and comprehensive trading program.

A lot of flexibility right now with Covid-19, working from home to continue likely Management is really focused on employee engagement and mental health Regular YLG updates from the president each month

Cons

Multi tasking with other departments - I'm okay with it, but I hope business returns as normal
