      Pros

      Management "work" from home in Fridays so you do not have to interact with them 20% of the week. I learnt a great deal being self sufficient as no one helps each here. It's every man for themselves.

      Cons

      Management use position power to intimidate.They do not trigger enthusiasm or encourage teamwork. They have no vision or goals to aspire to with the exception of the corp guidelines, which are nothing more than an irrational rant from an old man. It has a cut throat culture and is just an unhealthy place to work. This and other HR practices result in huge staff turnover.

      Good place to learn how to learn by yourself.

      Cons

      High management rotation. No one keep longer than a year. Absolutely no training and no tools. Working with homemade databases in the best case...others still with excel files.

      Pros

      The pay is good but they expect a LOT in return. Get to meet a lot of good people who also got lured in by the pay.

      Cons

      Not much in the way of personal growth or promotions unless you're a boot-licking 'yes' man and don't mind biting your tongue and stifling your opinion all the time. Working environment is unhealthy as independent thinkers are beat down and/or forced out due to the forced rankings and ensuing corrective action process. The benefits are sub-par, health insurance will cost you three times here as it will almost anywhere else because the owner wants to line his pockets with more money before he is gone.
