Pros

Employee benefits are good and become more advantageous the longer you work there. Besides this, there are many in the business who remember what RB can be and hope they can find the dignity to reclaim their place.

Cons

It's difficult for me to say but I doubt the instability that has continued for several years as different functions are transitioned from state to state, then from US to Mexico has been good for morale.

Pros

Rain Bird hires the very best. It is refreshing to work with such high-caliber people. I know that if I refer or deligate a task or project, it will get completed. I enjoy brainstorming with highly creative people. The quality of products is extremely high. We don't make junk. You can stand behind the products confidently. There are enough resources to promote and support the products we sell.

Cons

People can be considered expendible. Too many layers of management sometimes require endless amounts of reports and paperwork. Sometimes there is a disconnect betweek the autonomous SBUs that cause redundancies and double work.

Pros

Rain Bird has a long and proud history of producing quality products, and they ensure every employee is aware of this. They tend to overlook the employees and their comfort in favor of using fear and innuendo to produce results.

Cons

Deaf Management, limited potential, insuficient renumeration for the work expected and expended. The potential for management to completely ignore the requests and needs of its employees, the expectation to go above and beyond to get the job done with the only reward being another stretch target with little chance of success.
