Pros

Free shirts that 40 other dudes have worn to sewage jobs.

Cons

You will be asked to complete tasks with broken equipment and without proper tools. You will be asked to lie about problems to insurance adjusters and take misleading photos they'll do half the job to get paid then make up some issue with the homeowner or job site in order to cancel the job .Then the end result will be on your head. You are not allowed to address any mold found with the costumer. Management and leads are openly hostile to employees. The you can go to the non-existent HR because the owner wants you to take all personal and work issues up with him so first so he can plan his retaliation against you or just sweep it under the rug. Then you will be fired without notice and they will hire an illegal immigrant to come and work your shift for a week.
