Some of the people who work with you could be great. I made some of my best friends at Rainbow. On call schedule isn’t bad.

Cons

Managers are disorganized Managers are not held accountable Huge amounts of favoritism No yearly reviews. You are told “if I had something to complain about, you’d know” but you don’t get raises. Managers lie about your work so you don’t get raises.
