RA is flexible and often lets employees work from home. RA employs people who share value for the environment and a commitment to sustainability.
Cons
Being a non-profit, RA is not an organization that takes many risks, which can end up stymieing efforts to grow the services we provide to clients. As a global organization with many home-based employees, it can be challenging to coordinate between time zones and with people who are not in an office with you.
