      work environment, flexibility, mission, impact, great work life balance

      Cons

      internal data availability and data management is very poor making it hard to make strategic decisions, salaries and benefits are not bad but are not that great either, the team that creates new policies has no clue of UX and does not consider the implementation, so double work and reiterating the same processes is very often at the organization there are no diversity and inclusion groups (LGBTQI+, women, black, pwd, etc)
