      Pros

      Kobo is a fast paced environment and has a wide range of technologies to work with. Mobile Dev, web Dev, Dev ops. Lots to learn in this environment. Also a very open environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes the environment is too fast and we leap before we walk. It can be a good thing but sometimes bad.

      No training since I started despite being promised some. Little room to grow.

      There's never a shortage of things to learn or do and the revolving door of back end challenges, releases, reading platform initiatives and industry trends ensures there's never a dull moment. It's a unique product and there are plenty of interesting people behind it.

      Cons

      This is a company that has grown very quickly and is still working on organization, culture and process.
