Training and development are a top priority for Kobo and we actually just launched a new mentorship program! It’s currently in a pilot phase and will officially go live later this year, so keep an eye out for more details. This is just one of the initiatives we have underway to continue to make sure we are supporting our employees in their development. Be sure to chat with your manager and/or HR about your development goals and don’t be shy if you have suggestions on what else you think we can do! We completely agree with your suggestion to give more opportunities to internal candidates and in fact, you may have noticed more internal moves cross functionally over the past few months!
