      Pros

      People are extremely nice and helpful, always willing to help. Collaboration is also very tight-nit and the team is always aware of the company direction.

      Cons

      Office is old, development floor is extremely dark compared to the other 2 floors.

      Thanks for the feedback, as you're well aware teamwork is one of our core values! We do understand that it's a little darker (partly by choice of some developers) on the second floor in the Toronto office. Older buildings provide a lot of character which can be fun, but of course they have some downfalls too! To strike a good balance, we just invested in replacing ballasts on the 2nd and 3rd floors to improve the lighting quality. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

      Not a lot of opportunity for advancement

      Pros

      average compensation, good benefits package, average paid holidays, managers are nice (if not a little dishonest)

      Cons

      Little support for new employees, Sink or swim mentality. Job description bears little resemblance to actual duties. Very clique-y (I overhear a LOT of colleague bashing), very little visibility on some teamswhich means you may not get t work on any larger projects, pay doesnt reflect meritocracy.

We do strive to provide a positive onboarding experience but there is always room for improvement and we very much appreciate your insight.
