Great benefits and culture at Kobo

Pros

There are good benefits for the company. 15 days holidays. Happy Hour Fridays. Town Hall available for company updates. Better deals for TTC pass, cineplex tickets, and so on.

Cons

Management is always a rush when trying to launch something. Marketing / Channel Marketing seems to be disorganized. Teams are so disconnected from each other as if they do not care what other teams are doing.

Some managers are so awful they make life hell and don't know what they are doing; job descriptions don't always reflect duties; some people work like hell while others do nothing and get the credit
