      Pros

      Food. Lots of food and some beer. Convenient to trains. Did I mention food? Oh, yes, and the food. Lot's of food, which is great because you can't find the time to go home.

      Cons

      Nepotism, cronyism, cold-blooded CTO with little talent and a huge ego, an HR Department that enables the maniacal CTO, not-so-bright-rich-kid CEO more obsessed with interior design than managing his CTO, noisy, and endless hours of boring work.

      Pros

      Bright people from all over the world. Interesting business vision. Fairly high salary for a new glad. Enables you to handle your own projects/clients from early stages of your career.

      Cons

      Company atmosphere is very Japanese if you are working on the domestic side. Work in a very small team; if your manager does not like you, you might have tough times. Englishnization under much difficulty.

      Pros

      Bosses in higher position are very considerate. You can meet a lot of interesting people from all over the world as colleagues.

      Cons

      My direct manager's style was quite the old Japanese way - demotivating. Training was basically just a quick run through and as a newcomer, you have to figure the rest on your own.
