New rules for the company

You do everything, messages, refills, nurse calls and some referrals. Work schedule and once Perm. you have to have PTO to have days/time off. Their benefits packages for a family are at a ridiculous rate. Refuses to pay their employees a higher rate even though they do more than one job. No room for advancement. Do not expect much from both the directors because one of the providers is in charge and what they say goes so if you're not favored be prepared. There is no motivation for personal improvement by the company. They offer no assistance in obtaining certifications/degrees. No bonuses or any opportunity for overtime for more employees. Nothing told is kept between staff or to directors. Some discussions are not private or low toned and professional when should be.
