Pros

Flexible schedule Vacation time The work is not difficult

Cons

I made less than $20,000 last year on my full time job that is always adding new responsibilities - responsibilities that should be Corporate's job! Bonus incentives are offered because the pay is so low, but they have the dishonest habit of upping your goals even when they have already been set for the year when you have in their eyes bonused too much. I have the role and responsibilities of an assistant manager, who makes around $40,000. Poor leadership!

Pros

-discounts -pay -CSRs get their own desk and locker

Cons

-lots of comraderie by management but you are NOT included -different rules for CSRs than other positions, i.e. we should be treated the best...when we are the voice of Ralph Lauren, Rugby and soon Club Monaco -no place for downtime outside of a small breakdown upstairs and a large one downstairs. A quiet lounge for reading would be good
