      Pros

      There use to be many but ever since the company went from Sapphire to Randstad it has slowly moved from a big company with small company feel to everyone being just a number. I loved working for Sapphire and when it was first brought by Randstad it was a great company to work for. Even with it being a huge company we all somehow stay close and you felt like your opinion mattered.

      Cons

      Its like a sinking ship and everyone is jumping off. In the last year or so we have lost almost anyone that was an executive when the company was Sapphire and the latest was our President who had been with the company for nearly 30 years. The way they are doing business now a days its not conducive to a good work envirorment.

      Pros

      Decent pay, not the best but definitely not the worst. There really are no more pros to be honest. I can't even say anything positive about the staff, they are fake nice.

      Cons

      Hardly no benefits. The health insurance is very expensive and not that good, as well as confusing. There is no holiday pay or vacation time. Even if the office you're at is closed you miss a day's pay. You get only the day of the holiday off but it's unpaid as well. If the company who you're contracted to wants to hire you as a permanent employee or they have an opening you qualify for, Randstad makes it difficult too get hired. They say you have to work for them for at least 6 months. I worked for a year and my contract was ending and Randstad essentially blocked me from getting hired by the company. Once my contract was over Randstad didn't have any other jobs for me, which messed me up.

      Too number based, no compassion

      Pros

      Decent base salary. Ability to earn extra but I haven't seen any commission yet.

      Cons

      Management does not have enough experience and does not know how to talk to people. Complete lack of compassion for the people who come in for jobs.
