I had a job when I needed one. Unfortunately nothing positive can be said about this work experience except I know not to work for this temp agency ever again.
Cons
At job site: Poor work culture: temps are treated as sub-human and disposable; low morale within workforce and no morals amongst management. Temps degraded in front of their peers. Supervisor made derogatory comments about many temp workers with no repercussions from management of the temp agency nor their client. No standard work processes in place and many jobs are done incorrectly and re-worked. Agency and client do not work together: us against them mentality. With temp agency: No one assigned to deal with HR issues; threats to personal safety were not taken seriously. "Managers" have no management skills and no control over the temps they employ, nor the people skills needed to engage their employees in a professional manner. Agency does not support their workers or stand behind them when a issue arises.
