      can find work with great companies. paid weekly can work along contractee company (Randstad's customer) flexible hours.

      Cons

      expensive health insurance no contact from recruiter after contract signed no PTO or holiday pay sells with empty promise of possible full-time transfer no contact about position ending doesn't bring other offers to the table when contract is about to end.

      Pros

      Good benefits, you learn a lot, they have a lot of training, incentives such as money and time off if you are a producer, kitchen is always stacked wth coffee and utensils, great PTO plans. Potential to have lots of good times with your co workers. The company encourages giving back to the community, which is nice.

      Cons

      Work, life balance can be tough. Upper management tends to have a frat boy/bro like structure. It allows favorites to be played often and lead to unprofessional behavior.
