      This company will find you temporary positions but do not work hard to find you direct hire full-time positions.

      Office perks and celebrations Full hot lunch break

      Cons

      -40 hour work week turned into more after first couple months -All employees held to same unfair goals (15 year Recruiter compared to entry level college grads) -glued to phone/desk all day This just really wasn't the job for me

      As a person who applied to several positions that I am qualified for, and even doing some interviews...that at first seemed positive, until I learned how they actually work..I have NOTHING positive to say about Randstad. Nothing.

      Cons

      Like other staffing agencies, they lie. They outright lie. They post jobs that they know are NOT available, that lead you to believe that you might get hired. So, you waste your time doing a phone or inperson interview, and thats when they tell you in an indirect way that they really don't have anything right now. This is deceptive and makes the person who is looking for work waste their tine with a junk company.
