Temporary work, can last 3days,or longer but terminates without warning

The management treat employees like cattle. Blatant favoritism and nepotism was accepted as business as usual. No pay raises, temp-to-perm is a lie, bare minimum benefits. No write-up/punishment system in place so lazy workers got constantly warned instead of written up and/or terminated if they didn't change their behavior. Zero trust between all parties involved. Hostile work environment initiated by State Farm employees was swept under the rug as if nothing happened. OSHA regulations completely ignored. Do not work for this company unless you are a sadist.
