      Pros

      Laid back No quota 2week training paid. Every one is pretty friendly good if you don't wanna have to try

      Cons

      Permanent temp job, only possibility to be permanent is to get into upper management. Super visor gossip is out of control

      Pros

      None - Sounded good before customer engagement. Lied about just about everything the customer had asked of them.

      Cons

      Would be zero if I could. These guys lied both myself and the customer countless times. They never paid on-time, a single invoice (and I was net 30 end of month!). I had to threaten with legal action to get my expenses and hours paid after the contract ended. When your done, beware their intensions. Luckily, the customer was very happy with me and managed to get rid of Rndstad, so I could continue my relationship with them. The customer (one of the largest Pharmaceuticals in the world) will not be using them again (nor shall I).

      Pros

      The Pros were that it was consistent work for 6 monthes, and there was a lot of overtime, also all you can eat cake.

      Cons

      the fact that I was working through a temp agency and they were hiring individuals off the street who did not have to work out a contract before the become a part of the company.
