      Pros

      Grueling On-boarding Education. I learned a tremendous amount of material in a very short time. My personal productivity base-line went up ten points. On which scale...I am still not sure.

      Cons

      Grueling On-boarding Education. Distracting and over-the-top. Quickly learned that quantity is more important than quality with Randstad. Their company motto "Good to know you" is not to be taken in the social sense. It is to be taken in the US Patriot Act / NSA sense. Randstad is a giant octopus that gets a kick out of engaging as many companies around the world in their staffing services contract and driving company metrics in order to inflate their share price.

      My career goals were irrelevant to RT as I was contracted to a Client; I was ignored by the Client and RT. My performance was not reviewed, I received no positive feedback from RT unless I received a compliment from a coworker or manager at the Client, and when I was moved from Randstad Staffing to Randstad Technology, the increase in pay I received was LESS THAN the increase in the cost of my benefits, which resulted in a DECREASE in my take home pay. When I asked about this, no answers were received. There were many things about this transition of subsidiaries that fell thru the cracks and caused me additional effort, cost, and stress.
