Pros

They're fast about processing to get you out on your first assignment. Turn around for me was less than one week.

Cons

-Under paid. - Gives you horrible highly unprofessional assignments. - complain about harassment or anything that is just completely wrong, they say they will handle it and contact the company and nothing ever comes from it. - the ladies of that location were very hard to get ahold of. they were also supposed to submit my papers for relocation to Virginia and never did and was unable to get ahold of them. - no benefits. - no negotiation of pay. - they promised another role until I relocated and that never happened.

Thanks for sharing this experience you had. While we regret that there was a disconnect, we want to use this feedback as fuel to improve. We want all of our team members to have solid communication so your experience is upsetting. If you would like to share specifics (names, dates, location) we can investigate this to be sure it doesn't happen again. Our email is wehearyou@randstadusa.com. Thanks so much and have a great day!

Pros

The pay is good, not worth it, but if you're desperate enough....I couldn't speak to the benefits, but other folks seem to think they were good enough. If you are already an alcoholic and are looking for more reasons to knock a few back every single night, this job will suit you. I'd say the biggest Pro, is they are a huge recognizable name and you can put in your time there and move on to something better.

Cons

Where to begin....well there's favoritism, sexual harassment from one team lead in particular towards male recruiters, you have to drink the kool-aid and spend all day talking about your nails or going to workout with the boss or you won't get ahead and they'll quickly close ranks. Yes, everyone knows agency recruiting is a grind and a tough gig, but that place is something else. Just do yourself a favor, find a different agency to work for, it's all hard but this place is filled with so much immature catty behavior that you'll question whether you are back in middle school.

Thank you for sharing such raw and honest feedback. First off, let me say we do not tolerate ANY form of harassment and really want to investigate this claim. If you don't mind, could you please email us at digital@randstadusa.com with specific occurrences you have witnessed so we can get to the bottom of it? It is not ok, and we will not accept any of our employees making people feel this way. Even though you no longer work for us, we want to apologize for you feeling this way and would like the opportunity to use your "Advice to Management" to make our offices a nicer workplace for others. Thank you for bringing all of this to our attention, and I hope to hear from you at the above email address. -Kristyn
