      Pros

      You meet some great great colleagues but ultimately all end of leaving the company. My friendships with former coworkers is the only good thing that came out of working for this company.

      Cons

      Communication, especially from upper management. Safety and security of office locations. Randstad hasn't learned that being a successful Staffing Consultant or Staffing Manager doesn't mean you'll be a good Branch Manager. There is no managerial training, developing, or coaching - the ill equipped people are promoted into roles they are not ready for and probably shouldn't be in because they don't have a leadership mentality - they were just in the right place at the right time. Turnover is extremely high causing some irreparable relationships for a book of business you might be taking over. There is no plan to fix the turnover rate, just keep hiring under qualified people. I wish there wasn't a 20 word minimum...

      You can search companies that are hiring so you can work there.

      Cons

      Trump style leadership. Burn and churn job. Can't wait to find another position. Seriously you don't want to work here. Company's growth comes from acquisitions and then everyone quits. Metrics are comical. It's a shame. I can't emphasize enough how bad it is to work here. Run for the hills. It is sad. Life is short, don't waste a minute working here.

      Great Company; Subpar Middle Management

      Pros

      Competitive base, above average training program, realistic goals, generous PTO, great work-life balance. Between most branches I've interacted with, they do a great job at getting you out by 5PM. If you work hard and do the little things, you will be successful here.

      Cons

      Stop hiring externally for management roles. If internal employees have expressed a desire to move upward, consider them first! If a branch is hitting max bonus, stop trying to change what they're doing by trying to implement outdated practices. Improve your internal software to make work more efficient. Lastly, the Internal System is lagging in the market and needs to be replaced.
