Pros
The first two recruiters I worked with were very professional and pleasant. After they moved on to new jobs, I was left with a contact person who had a real burr under her saddle.
Cons
The turnover rate among recruiters was very high. I struggled to keep up with the new people while I was on assignment. I was placed with a decent company, but I was lied to from the very beginning about the job and what to expect. After 16 months as a temp, I was offered a perm position by the client. I was told I would be a temp for less than 12 months. My new perm job eventually vanished as our office was closed. All attempts to reconnect with Randstad recruiters in my area have gone nowhere. I was an excellent employee and represented Randstad with pride, but now they treat me like a red headed stepchild.
