First if you want any of the recruiters to even talk to you, you must go in the office in person. They will not send you leads from any other randstad office but their own, they will not listen to what you are looking for in a job. I am a college grad and asked for some entry level positions in any company with some growth potential All I got was one week contracts at small mom and pop type companies. So if you want to spend your time building databases, websites, and helping them with their books for $12 an hour give randstad a try. Horrible staffing agency.

They can leave you helpless at any point of time, even though they say that you are a permanent employee, as long as they have profit from you they will keep you and afterwards, they just don't care!!! So you will get salary of permanent employee (Less) and you will always be at risk of contract job! In the begging they will commit so many things, so many promises like you will get full salary even on bench, you will never be out of a project etc, etc , but all will go in vain if there occurs any issue with client / project, even if issue is at their end.
