There is nothing I can share positive about working with this company.

Cons

Horrible benefits; treat their employees horribly. One sick day per year (even in emergencies like hospital stays and family emergencies). Healthcare benefits are practically non-existent. I would have to use 1/3 of my salary to pay for the bad coverage they do offer. Executive management has no idea where their company is going and they expect ALL employees to pay for all travel (throughout the U.S., including flights and hotels). They take forever to get reimbursed and employees have to hound HR to get reimbursed. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing in terms of gaining new business and providing good service to the business partners they have.

Don't join it, go to your professor.

Cons

Legit institution but know what you are getting into. If you have graduated recently and in need to extend your stay on OPT, go to your professor. Understand this, companies like these are the primary reason qualified candidates find it difficult to find a decent job. Don't encourage fraud and maybe 10 years from now, the next generation would not have to face what we are facing.
