As per my review, I faced lots of challenges to become a best performer at initial timing of a job for recruitment. After getting a perfect guidance from team leaders & managers, the smart work was going well. Work Culture of this Organization is very good, Growth Prospects are very high.

Rang has been a Great Experience to work with. With all Aspect in terms of Atmosphere, Management and Benefits it is always has given the same what employees are looking for. As per the Management it is Democratic in style, the manager allows the employees to take part in decision-making and make them feel as a member of family and as per the Growth aspects as well Rang Gives the best platform to their potential employees to grow with.
