      Decent pay and 9/80 schedule is smart.

      Cons

      Do not relocate for this company. This is a company in a high level of turmoil. Other negative reviews are honest and spot on. Avoid this company.

      Pros

      9/80 work schedule means every other Friday off. Catered lunch on working Friday. Lots of employee mentoring. Plenty of opportunity to grow with company. Lots of overtime. Great benefits along with 401k. Pto and vacation. Van pool from north and south county.

      Cons

      For me, the distance. Being away from home almost 14 hours a day.

      Pros

      9/80 Work Schedule, plenty of Overtime potential, free lunch on working Friday, Some key personnel work hard for you. Overall we make really good military and commercial hardware. Proud to save our soldiers lives with our hardware.

      Cons

      No positive recognition culture. Employees constantly (Especially Management) walk by you as if you do not exist. You say good morning and 80% of the time they just keep walking. Manufacturing constantly, in my experience, has more losses than wins, so when there is a win it should and needs to be celebrated! Grow the POSITIVE culture, not continue the negative, but that starts at the very top and carries down to everyone else. High turn over and low wages for most employees.
