Pros

Lots of really great people to work with every day. 9/80 work schedule is a real plus - unless you like working every Friday. The business is basically shut down during the Christmas Holidays - off but no vacation time used. Challenging work environment that keeps you motivated to work hard and achieve goals.

Cons

Sometimes hard to stay on top of workload. The business is very busy and growing fast. Hard to find and keep employees. The challenging work environment is good but can also be hard to manage through sometimes. Not a boring place to work for sure.

Pros

Small, growing company. Opportunity to wear many hats, gain experience, and work alongside the owners and executives of the business. 401(K) plan matches 100% of up to 6% salary. 9/80 working schedule and paid holidays means many 3+ day weekends. Motivated co-workers. Ability to travel. Able to create your own job + description once you know the lay of the land. Located next to one of the most beautiful state parks, Montana de Oro. Will pay for full educational reimbursement if you make the case.

Cons

Limited remote work in a high cost of living area. Growing culture. High % white male management.

Pros

The Associate Manager Program is Rantec's way of training new management for the companies future. So its an excellent career building and learning process. Colleagues are professional and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Excellent benefits, including a 401K with company match, along with Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.

Cons

The employee program that I am apart of has a few growing pains, but no major issues.
