Hybrid Schedule (M/F WFH), Free Lunch on Wednesdays, Solid benefits and work culture.

Cons

Pay is a little lower vs market in some positions. Accelerated growth in the last few years which adds an extra load for employees.

- The industry of cloud technology is always changing and evolving, which keeps me on my toes and always learning new things - The people in this company are down to earth, collaborative, talented, and inspiring - There's an opportunity to grow and learn from other teams - Employee benefits, perks, and resource groups - Great compensation/ bonus plans - My direct boss is open to hearing ideas and opinions, motivating, supportive, gives credit when credit is due; cares about our career development

Cons

- Not enough internal events for employees aside from the sales kickoff - Company culture is still adjusting to the acquisition with Cox Business - Sometimes slow to execute certain projects and ideas - Slight resistance to large changes to procedures and processes at times
