Pros

The culture here is second to none. It feels very much like a startup, though it has been around nearly 20 years. It feels like everyone buys into the core concept, which is to save people money on their auto loan and not charge any fees to do so. On the sales side, there is money to be made! There is also plenty of room to grow either within your department or transfer to different departments. Great place to get your foot in the door.

Cons

Some of the processes/technology is a bit behind the times.
