Cons

Inter-departmental communication could be better, some processes are outdated but this happens when you experience rapid growth.

Pros

The culture is very relaxed and self paced and people are nice and willing to help. We are all a working family Team and hold one another down with the good and bad times. The company is open minded and open ears to everyone here.

Cons

Some of the processes are inefficient and can be more structured and organized in allowing a smoother flow of things

Pay structure is lucrative. Provided warm leads with a catch. Again it is Sales.

Cons

Say goodbye to your social life. You're life will revolve around this job. Communications between departments Sales / Processors / Fulfillment / Titles / etc is way behind by years. Did a cross training of departments to explain what they do. Simply a bandage to a broke leg. Efficiency is way behind by years. Some of the reps on the sales/loan officer floor do some ULP.
