Pros

Been here a year now and love it. Took an entry level position in Customer Service and within a year I was able to move up in the company into a new position and career opportunity. I've had great support along the way. The managers don't micro manage but they never stop training you which has been a huge help. Upper management listens to your ideas and concerns and actually follows through with what they say! Great opportunity, good income, and you get to actually help people! Win!

It's hard work but definitely rewarding!

RateGenius has a busy & innovative culture and has successfully established a call center set up to save people money! The teams within the company work great together to ensure the customer has a great experience. If you like helping people as well as working in a fast-paced, competitive, and fun environment, you will LOVE this place.

Pros

The company provides an environment that rewards hard work and integrity. The pace is pretty quick and for those of us that love competitive environments, you won't find a better place to work . I wouldn't have ever thought I'd find a job that has tremendous financial opportunity, while providing an outstanding team environment that offers a product that saves consumers money.

Cons

An adequate pace is difficult to maintain, but the support of my team always gets me through the day.
