Pros

Good company to work for. Fair treatment of employees. Nice pay. Nice office. Good group of people.

Cons

Pay can be low in certain areas. Can be demanding forwards end of the month. Overall good place to earn income.

Pros

Rategenius is a fun but challenging environment. Coworkers are friendly and helpful, and the management works with you and actually cares. It's a great job, and you get to help people everyday.

Cons

I am not a big fan of being micromanaged all the time. If you don't like a high pressure and performance sales environment, this job is probably not for you.

Pros

I really enjoyed the people I worked with and the type of work we did. Our product is savings. How hard could it be to convince somebody to save their own money? Oddly enough it can be challenging.

Cons

There is a micromanagement aspect to this job. There is a lot of pressure to perform and no paid vacation time.

Thank you for the review and we always value feedback. We do realize that the sales position is very requiring; but it is consistent with other similar businesses/positions. From you feedback, we will work to ensure that individuals hired into the position understand all aspects of the job requirements so that they can make the best decision. Knowing that we have high performance expectations we do try to offer not only nice financial rewards but events outside of work that are Company paid. Also, we do offer PTO (Paid Personal Time Off) to our employees; we don't call it vacation, but we do offer PTO for more flexibility. Again, we always value your feedback and I wish you would have set up an appointment with HR prior to your departure.
