Pros

Coworkers are fun, can be a good culture.

Cons

I've seen wrong the employees get promoted and great ones pushed away/fired. There seems to be a lot of politics at the management level and is causing inefficiencies for the reporting teams. The development side of the company has had a lot of issues in the past couple years, there has been a little improvement but not enough in that timespan.

Thank you for your feedback and we announced in our January 2016 Town Hall that the Company has developed a Culture Committee that will be made up of our employees. One of several committees is specifically focused on enhancing employee engagement and we have current employees that will be helping the Company continue to improve.

They provide you with some snacks.

Cons

I started working here thinking it would be a huge opportunity to get to work on a project that needed to get up to speed with today's technology, but the business side never let anything that needed to get done get done. I felt like their thought process for dev projects never involved thinking about the bigger picture. If you're looking to be a loan officer this a good job for you, but if you have a specialized skill in technology there's not a lot of perks.
