Pros

If you don't have a lot of professional development experience it's a good place to acquire it. Altho the codebase that I developed on when I was there was fairly old and dated it was well designed for it's time.

Cons

Salaries were not competitive and promotions and raises were not as merit based as they ought to be. The people who received recognition, when I was there, were not always the people who deserved recognition, etc.

Cons

We are currently in Austin, and the commute can be strenuous. Although, that is just the Austin traffic experience.

Awesome CEO and president of the company. The VP is honest and straight forward with you never cutting corners. Love that.

Cons

The managers. There are some managers that should not be managers. I don't know how they got the job but they need to go through some heavy training to become better managers. Most managers hire there friends and family and exclude the whole team out of important information or just a work environment
