Remote & it’s a full 40 hours

Cons

Abusive environment. Leadership does not care about employees & it’s very visible. Huge merger took place which led to mass lay off the beginning of January. People in management positions for years demoted to entry level positions or let go. People who had been with the company for years let go. Everyone still employed is at breaking points trying to keep up with work loads & inflation.
