Pros
We aren't grunt-workers - we don't just churn out repetitive code. We are growing rapidly, and constantly have opportunities to create new systems, new processes, and solve problems from scratch. Every day is interesting! Awesome and inspiring devs to work with; everyone is eager to learn, grow and share knowledge. No competitiveness or politics. Everyone supports one another, and cheer each other on. If there is an area you want to work in, or something you want to learn; those opportunities will be made available to you. Management notices good work, and developers are promoted fairly regularly, when deserving. If there is something you want to learn, or work on; opportunities will be found for you to do that thing. I have learnt so much in my time at RMA, and had many opportunities to work on things I am proud of.
